STEP 2
Read Our Adoption Agreement & Health Guarantee
We work hard to ensure our pups go to loving homes where they can flourish. Potential puppy parents must read and agree to the terms of our Adoption Agreement & Health Guarantee to be qualified for a puppy. We reserve the right to refuse sales of our pups to puppy mills, families, individuals or any other place that we have suffient reason to believe is not suited as a good home for our pets.
STEP 3
Reserve An Available Puppy Or Litter
We require a nonrefundable deposit down on all puppies or upcoming litters. Your deposit will be credited towards the total puppy purchase price. NOT INCLUDED in the purchase price – you will need to separately purchase a bag of Life’s Abundance dog food to go home with you. (More details below) This is to ensure your pup stays on the food it is accustomed to, while making the transition to its new home!
STEP 4
Choosing And Pickup
For individual puppies: Choose an available puppy on our website, and place a deposit. We will be in touch with you to discuss a pickup date, and answer any questions you might have. Full payment is expected on the day of the pickup.
For upcoming litters: Place a deposit on the litter and gender (required) of your choice. You will get to choose your puppy from the litter in the order we received the deposits. For example, if you put a deposit down on the 2nd male puppy slot, you will be 2nd in line to choose from the available male puppies in that litter.
For All Puppies: We do our best to honor our clients’ preferences, but gender, color, and availability is not guaranteed. If there is no match in the litter you’ve placed a deposit on, you have the option to have your deposit rolled forward to another available puppy or upcoming litter, or refunded, minus a 4% processing fee.
More Information
All deposits are Nonrefundable, except in the case the puppy or litter becomes unavailable for any reason. In that case, you will have the option of your deposit rolled forward to another available litter or puppy, or have it refunded, minus a 4% card processing fee.
Full payments for the remainder due is required on or before the day you pick up the puppy, or before delivery/shipment. We accept cash, cashiers check, Cashapp, Venmo, or PayPal (PayPal users must use friends & family option to avoid additional fees)
Shipping or delivery is available throughout most of the United States and Canada. For shipping via air, you must have a puppy nanny to fly with the pup, and purchase a vet certificate of health, airline approved crate, and anything else required by law.
For delivery via ground, we will arrange a delivery at the going rates.
You are responsible for all costs associated with getting the puppy to your home. If you’re not sure, please Contact Us for a shipping estimate before placing a deposit!
Pick of the litter: We always retain the right to first pick of every litter, unless expressly noted otherwise.
Availability: We do our best to honor gender and color preferences, but availability is not guaranteed.
Pricing: Pricing is as marked on the website by each puppy/litter. Occasionally, individual puppies within a litter are priced differently, depending on their color/markings. We price our pups based on the current demand, color/markings, and genetics.
Breeding/Show: All our puppies are sold as Pets, unless otherwise expressly noted. All puppies sold as Pets and used for breeding or show purposes, are NOT covered by our Health Guarantee.
